The activity area of ADEAR is the employment area of Rouen, which represents 730 000 inhabitants within a radius of 30 kilometres around Rouen. As an independant structure, our mission is to promote the economic development of the greater Rouen and its employment zone, in close contact with the regional administrations. We welcome new companies and their staff and introduce them to the city. We take part in the city planning, in the development of economic activity sites and in the development of real estates for business and setting up of new companies. We participate in the global economic promotion of Rouen.
